Great for tennis players

Just picked up this paddle earlier this week and so far it has been awesome. As a tennis player I love the rounded shape and the octagonal grip is fantastic for those of us used to that style of grip. Overall would highly recommend for other converted Tennis players.

Upped My Game!

Maybe its in my head with how much better I am playing since I got my new racket or it's the racket. I'm going with the racket. Love how it fits my hand, the color, shape etc. Thank you so much for helping "up" my game.

Oculus LX Indigo Ice

I've been playing for 7+ years and have always used a long paddle. By chance, I found TMPR on the internet and became interested in their demo program. I tried the program and chose what I thought might be the least likely choice the smaller paddle-Oculus LX. To my surprise and pleasure, the LX has great balance, power, control and a terrific surface for spinning. I've been playing with the LX for about a month now and have noticed the difference in my game. TMPR was a great find on the internet.

Light with excellent control.

Started to have issues with my hand & wrist from playing too much. Of course, I needed to work on my sloppy form & mechanics of swinging paddle. I was flicking my wrist too (bad). Then I realized I was using a too-heavy, power paddle as well. Long story short, I saw unbiased review of OCCULUS LX. Light with nice control, and still pretty good power too. But CONTROL is what I really wanted. The lighter the better too. The very first time I played with OCULUS LX, I was surprised. I could quickly position paddle to return ball. Bigger sweet spot too. Less errors. My cross-court dinking was MUCH better. Very happy with this paddle. I still wrap my wrist & hand for added support, but that pain issue going away. Very happy with the OCULUS LX.

Fantastic Paddle

I already purchased an Oculus XT last season as my first paddle from TMPR. I love it. As I progressed and got better, I found that I needed paddle with more touch around the net. I decided to purchase the LX a few weeks ago. Have played maybe 10 games with it so far and love it!

It doesn’t have as much pop as the XT (because it’s a control paddle), but it has excellent touch. It’s very balanced. I enjoy the racket shape coming from a tennis background.

Would definitely purchase this paddle again, very satisfied!
