Returns Policy

You can return paddles and other merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. If you are not 100% happy, we will refund your money or you may exchange for another item. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the paddle back to us. Please include your order number and name inside the package. We recommended sending your item by a traceable method. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed. Exchanges are limited to two paddles from original order. All apparel must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. All Pickleballs must be in their original packaging and new unused condition to qualify for exchanges or returns.
* This guarantee does not apply to paddles that have been personalized with a name/weight/etc., re-grip, or altered in any way.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
