Code of Conduct Policy

At TMPR Sports, we are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all individuals associated with our brand, including employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders. In the event of disagreements or conflicts, we encourage peaceful and constructive resolution through respectful dialogue and mediation. Violence, aggression, or any form of retaliation will not be tolerated.

5. Promotion of Inclusivity

We are committed to promoting inclusivity within the sport of pickleball with our sponsored players and brand ambassadors and programming. We actively support initiatives and partnerships that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in sports and society.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We expect all individuals associated with TMPR Sports to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to discrimination, harassment, and equal opportunity. Violations of these laws and policies will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or partnership.

7. Reporting and Accountability

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses behavior that violates this Code of Conduct to report it promptly to the appropriate authority within TMPR Sports. Reports will be handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and fairness, and appropriate action will be taken to address the issue.

8. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our practices and policies to uphold our values of respect, dignity, and inclusivity. We welcome feedback and suggestions from our community to help us create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
