Refund policy

FOR FREE RETURN SHIPPING: Paddles and other merchandise only valued at $99 and above, in like-new condition, can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase. Customization fees are non-refundable (smaller/larger grip). 

*For items valued under $99, the customer covers return shipping, with exception to items $65 and under are final sale (closeout pricing). 

Paddles showing signs of abuse or if personalized by the customer (writing on face, re-gripped, or altered in any way) cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, custom configurations of paddles requested by the customer also cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If item's value is $99 or over, you can request a return: go here. If paid under $99 you may still request a return, but shipping fee will be deducted from refund.                When shipping, please include your order number and name inside the package. If purchased from a 3rd party seller, please contact that seller about their return policy. 

We recommended sending your item by a traceable method, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.
