TERMS:

Orders will be shipped after payment is received. You will be emailed an invoice that you can pay online. You will be emailed a tracking number for your shipment. If you work with a broker some of the costs may be reduced through NAFTA agreement.

SHIPPING:

Dealers are responsible for provincial taxes, shipping and brokerage fees. It may be beneficial to work with a Canadian Customs Broker.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

TMPR Sports Pickleball paddles are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase with the registration of the warranty at tmprsports.com/warrantyregistration within 30 days of purchase. Handle breaks are covered for 9 months. Proof of date of purchase required. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner.

What's Covered?

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered. Handle breakage is covered under warranty up to 9 months.

What's Not Covered?

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.

Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for TMPR Sports pickleball paddles in the United States, Canada, Australia, UK and EU. TMPR Sports holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our one-year warranty. TMPR Sports has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our lifetime warranty. Warranty coverage is limited to one-year from the purchase date of the original paddle. Replacement paddles do not reset the warranty date.

Paddle Care

> Do not leave your paddle in excessive heat.
> Use damp cloth for cleaning the surface of your paddle.

Customers must fill out the warranty information on our website for validation. tmprsports.com/warrantyregistration

LEGAL:

Dealers are encouraged to provide a receipt to their customers for each purchase. Please calculate taxes according to your State or Provincial law. Please do not remove warranty card when selling a paddle.
