TERMS:
First order must be paid in advance. Net 30 terms available for approved accounts with orders of 5 paddles or more. All other orders will be shipped after payment is received. You will be emailed an invoice that you can pay online.
INITIAL ORDER: minimum of 5 paddles
Once you have completed the agreement email a copy to: diana.clark@tmprsports.com. Email us your Resale Certificate to avoid being charged tax.
BULK PRICING:

- 30-59 PADDLES - 45%* OFF MSRP
- 60+ PADDLES - 50%* OFF MSRP
*New wholesale pricing for TMPR paddles if paid with ACH Bank Transfer or a check. For credit card payments, subtract 3% off the above percentages.
Orders under 5 paddles will be 33% off MSRP regardless if pay with credit card or ACH Bank Transfer.
RETURN POLICY:
Dealer stock:
Paddles must be returned within 3 months and unused in original packaging, including the warranty card. Dealer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Paddles can be exchanged for items of equal value or credit toward future purchase. Old paddle models or graphics no longer manufactured may not be returned.
For customer returns:
If a customer has an issue with a paddle, they should contact TMPR Sports directly so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced according to our warranty policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping. TMPR Sports will pay shipping to the customer for the exchanged or repaired paddle.

We ship UPS and USPS. Contact us for international rates.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
TMPR Sports Pickleball paddles are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase with the registration of the warranty at tmprsports.com/warrantyregistration within 30 days of purchase. Handle breaks are covered for 9 months. Proof of date of purchase required. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner.
What's Covered?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered. Handle breakage is covered under warranty up to 9 months.
What's Not Covered?
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.
Miscellaneous
This warranty is available for TMPR Sports pickleball paddles in the United States, Canada. TMPR Sports holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our one-year warranty. TMPR Sports has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our lifetime warranty. Warranty coverage is limited to one-year from the purchase date of the original paddle. Replacement paddles do not reset the warranty date.
Paddle Care
• Do not leave your paddle in excessive heat/cold.
• Use damp cloth for cleaning the surface of your paddle.
Customers must fill out the warranty information on our website for validation. tmprsports.com/warrantyregistration
LEGAL:
Dealers are encouraged to provide a receipt to their customers for each purchase. Please calculate taxes according to your State or Provincial law. Please do not remove warranty card when selling a paddle.

We are dedicated to making a different kind of pickleball paddle. By utilizing a rounded shape, TMPR paddles offer an improved response rate compared to traditional square and oblong pickleball paddles. If you come from another racquet or paddle sport, you will notice the difference right away.
