I really like this TMPR Tour 2® backpack. It's my first dedicated Pickleball bag. I waited until I knew what I needed before buying one, and chose this backpack which is perfect!
It's very lightweight yet sturdy. It feels good worn as a backpack, or slung over my shoulder with just one strap, and it stands on its own whether partly or completely full. The main compartment is roomy enough for shoes, clothing and gear—I often start playing in the cold morning, then remove or swap clothing as the day progresses, and this pack has ample room for a jacket, sun sweat pants, sun hat, etc. The large inside back pocket (like a laptop pocket) can hold lots of balls, and I also put in two big water bottles. With the full-length dual zippers I can access everything inside very easily. The two outside side compartments also have dual zippers and are a perfect fit for my TMPR paddles (with the longer grips) with neoprene paddle covers.
The backpack has two outside zippered pockets for cell phone, keys, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. Very convenient. The shoulder straps are super comfortable and the top loop is very sturdy. I clipped a Nite-ize S-Biner® S-Hook (a smaller, lightweight half carabiner-half open hook) onto this loop to hang it on a fence.
Seeing the other backpack options in my Pickleball group, this is the best one by far. Did I mention it looks very sharp too! IMO, TMPR has a world-class design team.
